When you take part in a competition you have the innate desire to take the highest podium. We are young and we know that we must respect and learn from those who have much more experience. We are enormously happy that our organic EVO oil DOP Umbria Podere Panolfo has been awarded the Silver Medal in the BIOL 2020 competition reserved for the best Italian organic oils. This is Podere Panolfo’s first participation in the BIOL competition and this result is another confirmation for us of the fundamental choices we have made and the way we are implementing them. For our customers it represents a further confirmation of the quality of Podere Panolfo oil.

For several weeks now, the olive groves have been taking care of the olive groves, first with pruning and then with fertilization, obviously 100% organic.

The blossoming will then follow with the lightening to complete the initial process that will lead to fructification.
Using modern precision farming technology, we monitor the olive grove to ensure that all conditions (for and/or against) are within optimal parameters. And we rely on the weather to be our friend in ensuring the best environmental conditions, so fundamental in agriculture, especially if totally organic as that of the farm Podere Panolfo.
